Children aged 0-10 are free Youth aged 11 - 17 are $60 Adults 18+ Please note children and infants are free but must have a ticket allocated prior to arrival and be accompanied by a full paying adult. Please book a ticket for all children travelling in your group.
Refunds will be paid at 100% if a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure, no refund will be given.

Your guided tour starts with a drive through our picturesque 1,250 acre sheep farm with spectacular views across to the Kaimai Ranges. Journey past the colourful Hobbit Hole™ doors that scatter the hillsides, including the iconic Bag End, home of Bilbo and Frodo Baggins, before arriving at Bagshot Row™ for a glimpse of the interior of a humble Hobbit’s home.
