Due to our size cancellations affect us significantly. We therefore hold credit card details pending guest arrival. In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival (14 days for groups of 4+ rooms), or no one arriving the first nights accommodation or 50% of the total tariff (which ever is the greater) may be charged to the card.
15+ Years young. Built for the traveler wanting home comfort. The businessperson requiring comfort but also functionality. Close to the town attractions and restaurants. Each room is well-appointed with their own spacious desk directional lighting, own WIFI access point. Full kitchen with hobs microwave and extractor fans. While furnished with a small table and chairs and armchairs, they also include a quality attired bed and a smart television to watch SKY or Netflix. Sixteen of the eighteen rooms have large double spa baths with high pressured showers overtop. Windows are double glazed and dressed in heavy drapes for added quietness. Several rooms are off the main road, for that extra private feel.
