Room rates include a three course meal and a la carte breakfast. Rates are per room per night, based on occupancy by one or two adults for all guestrooms except the two-bedroom TreeHouse rate is based on occupancy of four people. Hapuku Lodge has a no smoking policy throughout the interior of the Lodge, Guest suites, TreeHouses and Olive House . Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
To be effective and enforceable, a cancellation must be in writing and shall have been received by Hapuku Lodge. Fees in the amounts hereinafter set forth shall be payable in the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation: a) 35% if cancelled within thirty (30) days of the booked arrival date; b) 50% if cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the booked arrival date and 100% if cancelled within ten (10) days of the booked arrival date.
Hapuku Lodge + Tree Houses was designed to give guests a great night’s sleep in Kaikoura, one of the world's most beautiful places.
The Lodge was designed by our family of architects, complimenting the spectacular environment. Lodge accommodation consists of four spacious luxury lodge suites, five unique tree houses and our olive house owners cottage. All rooms feature custom-crafted furnishings and views of mountains and/or Pacific Ocean.
Dining showcases fresh flavours of local and organic produce, including our local specialty, crayfish (rock lobster). Just 10 minutes north of Kaikoura, the lodge is on a deer stud and olive grove, providing a uniquely New Zealand experience for discerning travellers.
