The Cheesery & Deli is open every day from 10am-5pm. Gibbston Valley Wine & Cheese Tours run every day from 10am - 4pm. Closed Christmas Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day and King's Birthday.
Housed in the Old Winery, the Cheesery features a full tasting and retail area with knowledgeable staff ready to give samples and cut cheese to order. We’re fully stocked with Whitestone Cheeses – from small retail packs to wheels & blocks. Our shop also features many local producers’ deli-style products including cold meats, chutneys, spreads, honey and wine-infused chocolates. We run a daily schedule of tours and tastings that explore the incredible intricacies of wine and cheese pairing. In doing so, we illustrate how our land is indispensable to our products, and what our craft does to bring the best out of land and place. Our Cheese Tours run 7 days a week from 10am - 5pm and can be booked from our website.
