- confirm your seat with a 30% deposit, balance remaining due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to departure - cancellation more than 42 days prior to departure – 30% of total trip fees will be payable - cancellation between 42 and 14 days before departure – 50% of total trip fees will be payable - cancellation within 13 days of departure: all trip fees will be payable excluding optional hires.
