One night’s accommodation cost is required to make a booking. In peak season full payment is required 30 days before arrival. Peak season: October to April, plus school holidays and public holiday weekends, and special events in Rotorua.
Any refunds are less $25 per room or site booking fee. Deposits on bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the weather or changed plans.

The only campsite that offers thermally heated camping sites, we also offer thermal heating in rooms, thermally heated showers, powered campervan sites, heated communal areas, pet friendly by arrangement. While you’re here we have plenty to keep you relaxed. Soak in our geothermal hot pools, cook in our Steam Cooker, and walk to the shore of Lake Rotorua, where you can dig your own hot pools at the beach. Explore the natural geothermal area around and within the holiday park and meet some of the friendly wildlife that share these grounds with us. 5 minutes' walk to local shops and bus routes.
