Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the tour will incur a booking fee cancellation of 10%. Cancellations made within 21 days of tour will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations for bookings including discounts or offers no refund. Cancellations made within 21 days of departure, no refund.
Our clients can feel secure in the knowledge that they will be travelling safely, without any language barriers, as we have German/English speaking guides to take care of their needs. We show our clients the real Auckland so they may explore New Zealand’s largest city from the perspective of a local. Our recent visitors have loved getting off the beaten track, exploring the spectacular “world of volcanoes”, getting a taste of Maori history and embracing breath-taking views on fantastic nature walks. We act as a bridge between different cultures and offer visitors to the ‘Land of the Long White Cloud’ a bespoke and exclusive insight into life in New Zealand. Our elite tours may be arranged on either a half-day or full-day basis.
