The Ledwith room has a two night minimum stay- maximum stay 7 nights. The Ledwith room has been upgraded and now includes a kitchenette with breakfast provisions.
A 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hrs of the arrival date the deposit will withheld. Cancellation will be fully refundable until 48 hours prior to arrival date.
Chelsea House offers guests a choice of two spacious ensuite rooms. Quality linen, electric blankets, ceiling fans and well appointed rooms provide a comfortable stay. The Parihaka Room has ‘traditional villa’ style decor, with high ceilings/ceiling rose, coloured glass panes sash windows. A Super King bed adds luxury comfort. The Ledwith Room has a comfortable King bed. Decorated in a contemporary style, the room has high ceilings/ceiling rose. French doors open onto the veranda & seating area overlooking the garden. A generous guest lounge to relax or watch TV/Netflix & use the Free WIFI to catch up on family news. A well provisioned tea & coffee buffet is available and a delicious continental breakfast is served.
