Cancellation by you outside 24 hours of the trip departure time - Full refund is due. Cancellation by you within 24 hours of the trip departure time - No refund is due. Cancellation by you on the day of the scheduled activity/no shows - No refund is due. In the case of illness advised on the day of the scheduled activity a doctors' note is required for full refund. Our full day canyoning trip is right near several locations used for the Lord of The Rings movies, including The Hobbit. Start your trip with a scenic drive along the shores of Lake Wakatipu, passing through Glenorchy and into the Mt Aspiring National Park's Routeburn Valley. In the canyon, you will abseil, jump into crystal clear pools, zip line over native bush, navigate through narrow passageways and slide down chutes. Lunch, tea/coffee & all equipment provided. Private changing facilities. This canyon is suited for people with a high level of fitness and water confidence. The minimum age is 15, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
