Bookings will be confirmed and held on receipt of a deposit by PureTrails New Zealand. Payment in full must be received in full at least 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations outside 90 days of the tour departure date will receive a full refund; Cancellations between 90-61 days prior to the departure date will lose the deposit; Cancellations between 60-31 days of the departure date will receive no refund; Cancellations within 30 days of the departure date will receive no refund.
