For cancellations received: From 1 to 10 days prior to date of arrival – 100% of booking value cancellation fee applied From 11 to 30 days prior to date of arrival - 50% of booking value cancellation fee applied From 11 to 60 days prior to date of arrival, between 1st December - 31st March - 50% of booking value cancellation fee applied Between 21st December - 4th January, all reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of booking value cancellation fee applied.
