The total value of the booking will be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 14 days' notice. Changes and cancellations to bookings 15 -30 days before arrival will incur a 25% charge of the total accommodation. We suggest you take adequate comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes you may have to make to your booking. As a small business we unfortunately cannot carry this loss. Payment for your accommodation is taken in line with your cancellation policy.
Relax and watch the waves roll against the shore, wander down to Waimea Creek, sit in the jacuzzi, or enjoy our extensive gardens and indulge in a bit of luxury. Join us for a drink and homemade canapes at 6 pm on arrival. Arriving late? We'll have a drink waiting for you when you arrive. Our small 3-room boutique lodge is great place to unwind or to see the sights of the West Coast. Watch the sunset over the Tasman Sea in our outdoor jacuzzi or down by the beach. Enjoy homegrown, homemade food, fresh free-range eggs from our resident chickens and barista made espresso coffee. ideal for the coffee connoisseur.
