Bookings are accepted only with a valid credit card number and expiry date. Your credit card details are for confirmation of your booking only. A deposit may be required for other payment methods and for group bookings. Payment must be by credit card, eftpos or cash. Cheques are only accepted in special circumstances. All major credit cards accepted.Any amendment to a reservation date or room requirements will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply.

Our cancellation policy is a full refund of any deposit if a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the day of expected arrival. Any bookings cancelled later than this may risk losing a deposit or having one nights accommodation debited to the credit card.
