Cancellations by participants Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following fees: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a 100% refund less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive an 80% refund less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hrs in advance but less 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund less the $50 non-refund fee.
Adventure by Nature offers a range of travel experiences, including day tours, shore excursions, multi-day trips, and bespoke adventure travel throughout Canterbury and the South Island. We provide seven different day tours with daily departures from Christchurch. Each tour includes hotel pick-up, morning tea, lunch, and any necessary gear or equipment for the activity. Additionally, all tours can be booked as private experiences. Our most popular destinations include Castle Hill, Akaroa, Arthur's Pass, and Godley Head (Christchurch). We also offer three unique experiences: Cave Stream & Castle Hill (a caving and sightseeing tour), Rock Climbing (Christchurch), and Sea Kayaking (Lyttelton Harbour & Quail Island).
