Rates are based on room type and whether single or double occupancy. Please contact us for exact costing. All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST of 15%. Rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking. Reservations on New Zealand statutory holidays will attract a 15% surcharge.

Check in from 2.30pm and check out by 11.00am. Due to the inherent risks to children on the estate, children under 10 years of age are not catered for unless part of a ‘Lodge Booking.’

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50 % deposit. During peak season, 1 Nov – 30 Apr, a minimum stay of 2 nights may also apply. A two night stay may apply to the cottage year round. Deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 50% of full tariff will be deducted if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of full tariff will be deducted if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to
