A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your space for the workshop or you may pay in full. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. If the remaining balance is not paid in full, your space will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or if extreme weather is forecast for a significant proportion of the weekend. If the trip is canceled we will arrange an alternative date or a full refund if you can not make the alternative date. Please note there is no such thing as perfect weather for a photography weekend!
