Room rates include a three course meal and a la carte breakfast. Rates are per room per night, based on occupancy by one or two adults for all guestrooms except the two-bedroom TreeHouse rate is based on occupancy of four people. Extra Person Rates - Tree Houses and Lodge Suites :$224.00 inclusive GST per adult, 1 maximum. Hapuku Lodge has a no smoking policy throughout the interior of the Lodge, Guest suites, TreeHouses and Olive House Apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The guest suites within the Lodge and one bedroom TreeHouses are not suitable for the accommodation of children under the age of twelve (12). The Olive House two-bedroom TreeHouses can accommodate children of all ages.

To be effective and enforceable, a cancellation must be in writing and shall have been received by Hapuku Lodge. Fees in the amounts hereinafter set forth shall be payable in the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation: a) 35% if cancelled within thirty (30) days of the booked arrival date; b) 50% if cancelled within ten (10) days of the booked arrival date and 100% if cancelled within three (3) days of the booked arrival date.
