48hrs notice full refund. 24hrs notice 50% refund. Less than 24hrs notice non-refundable. Email or Text message applicable for acceptance of cancellation notice only. Weather conditions or an incident out of our control may cancel the transport required. If so future date bookings is applicable or a full refund is available.
