Cancellation Policy Peak seasons deposits/payments are non refundable. Non peak seasons – if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable. Any refund will be less a $20.00 cancellation & administration fee per unit/site. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent. Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking. Deposit Policy Full payment is required for all 1 day bookings, 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings more than 1 day. This can be done by Visa or Mastercard when you book on line. Peak Seasons - Xmas, New Year, holiday periods and event weekends have minimum stay requirements. Check In is after 1pm and check out is 10am on day of departure. Late Check Out – subject to availability this can be arranged with no additional cost until 11am. After this point each hour up until 2pm incurs a $10.00 cost. After 2pm another full day payment is required.
