Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refund will be given in the event of: Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, no show/late for departure, we deem a client not suitable to kayak due to ill health or poor level of fitness. We reserve the right to cancel or change any part of any trip. If WE cancel the trip we will give you a full refund. Please note: The Day Safari does not refund if the kayaking has to cancel, we will substitute the kayaking with a Cruise.

We operate all year round and have a range of tours to suit everyone, from first-time paddlers to experienced kayakers as well as families, as we now cater for children 8 years and over. All trips are fully guided with clothing and safety gear provided, so you can relax knowing that you will be toasty warm and in safe hands.
