Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellations received with less than twenty one days notice are subject to 50% charge of the total accommodation price. Cancellations received with less than fourteen days are subject to 75% charge of the total accommodation price. Cancellations received with less than seven days notice are subject to 100% charge of the total accommodation price. Naturally, we will endeavour to re-book the house in the event of a cancellation and, if successful a 75% refund will be made.

Paradise Valley Retreat is a great holiday home set amongst mature fruit trees in sunny fully fenced grounds with plenty of space for the kids or pets to run around & play.
Close to mountain bike trails, Lake Rotorua & the local café, Paradise Valley Retreat is perfect for adventures. It is approx. 10kms to the city centre.
This two-bedroom tidy house can sleep up to 6 guests. Relax in the updated kitchen & living area which features are large fireplace for those cosy winter nights.
There is plenty of outdoor entertaining space with a BBQ & outdoor furniture to enjoy afternoons in the sun.
