Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults. Please be aware the sleep out at this property is accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main dwelling. There are life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
