If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival. During peak dates 18 December – 30 January, 60 days’ notice is required to avoid 50% cancellation, cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% of booked accommodation.
