About

Travel up the Waiatoto River in a comfortable and easy fashion with many commentary stops to learn from your local guide about the the rare Haast kiwi and visit their sanctuary, geology, flora & fauna of New Zealand, with multiple photo opportunities. You will pass through the infamous Alpine fault line and see for yourself massive ancient rock thrown up by the earth’s mantle many thousands of years ago and sit in the heart of pounamu (greenstone) country.
