This is a private owned and operated park and you must go to the office when you get here. It is not a public funded park and you must pay visitor fees.
If you have booked online and we need to cancel your trip, you can choose to reschedule to another time, take a gift voucher so you can rebook later or refund. If you cancel, change or don't show up. See the amazing world famous glow worms and pristine formations on this one hour tour. Book online for one of several tours each day. The tour starts with an easy 300 metre walk from the office on a gravel track through native bush and large limestone rocks to the cave entrance. Enter the natural beauty of the underworld on an easy access path with hand rails and 30 steps down into cave. Get an authentic cave experience, with hand held lights, get very close to the glow worms while you learn all about them. Waipu Caves Farm Park is a 320 acre privately owned conservation park with cave tourism, adventure and outdoor education, bush walking, rock climbing and you can stay in the camp ground in tents or motorhome.
