Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit. A deposit of the first night’s stay is required to confirm all bookings within a fortnight of making your reservation. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals. A $15.00 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits refunded due to cancellation. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with four days notice.
