Flexible bookings: Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival. If you wish to cancel, reservations must be cancelled by 2:00 p.m. (NZST) 3 days prior to the day of arrival Cancellations, after this deadline will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. If the reservation is not cancelled within 3 days prior to date of arrival and in case of No-Show, the entire stay will be charged. For bookings of 7 days or longer, a one week’s cancellation fee will apply. Non-refundable bookings: Cancellations or amendments are not allowed. Your credit card will be charged at the time of the booking. Failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your room payment. The same credit card must be presented on check in for validation purposes. In case of insufficient funds, the motel reserves the right to cancel a booking without prior notice.
Offering almost new above average clean and comfortable accommodation in a superb location. Close to café’s, restaurants, supermarket and many other local shops and is an easy commute to the CBD. All have full kitchens and laundry’s, large 4K TVs, local art or photography in each room and are furnished to a high standard. We have secure free onsite parking. Our rooms vary in size from two-bedroom two-bathroom suites, one bedroom one bathroom to studio units, some with superb views across the harbour to the city centre and some with bush views.
