By completing the entry form on https://www.newzealand.com/au/campaign/win (‘TNZ’s Website’) and submitting the required information (‘Entry’), you (‘Entrant’) are entering the Tourism New Zealand AAT Kings Competition (‘Competition’), confirming that you have read, understood and agree to all of these terms and conditions (‘Terms’), and meet the eligibility requirements. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant also accepts the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on TNZ’s Website.
The promoter of the Competition is the New Zealand Tourism Board trading as Tourism New Zealand (‘TNZ’), Level 1, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland, New Zealand. The Competition is being run in Partnership with AAT Kings . The Competition will be conducted through the Competition page on TNZ’s Website. TNZ reserves the right to cancel the Competition or change any of the Terms of the Competition (in any way it deems fit), without prior notice. We will announce any cancellation or modification to the Competition.
Entry and Winning:

To enter the Competition, an Entrant must complete an Entry by submitting their guess of the secret location, their email address, name and home region, sign up to 100% Pure New Zealand emails via the Competition submission portal on TNZ’s Website; fill out any other required details on the Entry form on the submission portal on TNZ’s Website https://www.newzealand.com/au/campaign/win, and accept these Terms, TNZ’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If an Entrant does not provide accurate personal information in the Entry, TNZ may determine such Entry ineligible to participate in the Competition.

Entries submitted by any means other than as set out at clause 1a of these Terms will be invalid and will not be accepted. If an Entrant fails to comply with any of the Terms, any Entry submitted will be void. An Entry must be made by an Entrant who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Entrant must be an Australian resident and not an employee or contractor (or an immediate family member of an employee or contractor) of TNZ, AAT Kings or GroupM Australia. Entries must be submitted between 26 September 2022 and midnight 23 October 2022 (‘Entry Period’).

The one (1) winner of the prize set out at clause 2 of these Terms (the ‘Prize’) (the ‘Prize Winner’) will be the Entrant who correctly guessed the location chosen by random draw by TNZ at 3pm on October 24, 2022 at TNZ at Level 1, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010.

AAT Kings will endeavour to contact the Prize Winner using the details provided to TNZ in their Entry form, within 72 hours of their Entry being drawn as a Prize Winner. In order to claim their Prize, the Prize Winner must, within 72 hours of AAT Kings’ first attempted communication with the Prize Winner, respond to AAT Kings in the manner instructed by AAT Kings and provide any information requested by TNZ. If the Prize is not claimed within this period, and AAT Kings has made all reasonable inquiries to contact the Prize Winner and has been unsuccessful, the Prize Winner may be redetermined via another random draw at TNZ at Level 1, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010, 72 hours after AAT King’s first attempted communication with the prize winner.

Unsuccessful Entrants will not be contacted.

The Prize Winner agrees to be contacted by AAT Kings for the purposes of arranging the supply of the Prize.

The Prize Winner’s last name and initial of the first name will be published at https://www.newzealand.com/au/campaign/win following completion of the draw.

TNZ’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

TNZ assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure, malfunction, alteration, delay in delivery, operation or transmission, or other circumstance of any kind, which may affect an Entry or an Entrant’s participation in the Competition. TNZ reserves the right to verify the validity of any Entrant and Entry.
Prize:
There is a total of one (1) Prize to be won consisting of:

2 person share twin tour on the Southern Wonders guided holiday tour from AAT Kings (excluding flights) (valued from AUD$3,683 per person).

It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their chosen family members (if any) (‘Travellers’) to organise the experience, transport and accommodation with AAT Kings. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and Travellers to organise the experiences, transport and accommodation with AAT Kings.

The Prize must only be used by the Prize Winner and additionally any person who uses the Prize, including the Travellers. All Travellers must agree to these Terms (where applicable to them) as a condition of using the Prize. If required by TNZ, AAT Kings or any supplier of the Prize (‘Supplier’), a Traveller must sign any further terms and conditions, agreement, or acknowledgement, including (but not limited to) a code of conduct.

The Prize must be used within three (3) years from the date of issue and no compensation will be payable if a Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize within this period. No part of the Prize can be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses additional or incidental costs associated with receiving and using the Prize, including flights are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and Travellers (where relevant). TNZ are not responsible for any use of the Prize, including without limitation availability, any cancellation, delay or rescheduling, and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, travel, and accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize may not be passed on or gifted for the benefit of anyone else except the Prize Winner and the Travellers.

Governing Law, Limitation of Warranties and Liability:
The Competition and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNZ (its associated entities, employees, contractors, and agents), and AAT Kings:

disclaim all guarantees, warranties, and representations of any kind in respect of the Competition, the Prize, and the claiming and use of the Prize;

exclude any and all liability for any loss (including damage, claim, injury, cost, or expense) which is suffered or incurred by an Entrant in connection with the Competition or the Prize; and
-
will not be responsible for any events beyond their reasonable control, such as unforeseen closures or restrictions due to natural disasters, unexpected weather conditions, Covid 19 or any other pandemic. To the extent an event beyond the reasonable control of TNZ or a Supplier occurs, the timetable for this Competition, Prize, and related promotions may be modified by TNZ.
Privacy:
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with the Competition is governed by TNZ’s privacy policy (found here https://www.newzealand.com/nz/utilities/privacy-policy/).
